High School Swimming

Last Friday, November 5th was Alexis' second High School swim meet. She swam the week previous and got her best times. She swam the 200 Free and got a 2:11 and then the 500 Free and got a 5:51. She got 2nd in both coming in after her teammate Alexis Johnson who is a Senior. For her second meet she swam the 200 IM, which she hates, and the 500 Free again. She got a best time in the 200 IM and got second and pulled off a 5:44 in her 500 Free taking off 7 seconds in one weeks time and getting 1st place. She is doing well and excited for this High School season. Her goal is to break the school record for the 200 and the 500 that was set in 1994. The 500 time is 5:32 and the 200 time is a 1:56.
